The Public House

Please join Lady Lucia Piazetta and Baron Iago Cabrera at the opening of our new public house, "Il Rubinetto Dorato". Partake of their fine selection of ales and ciders, or sample some wine, cordial or mead. Proof of age is required.

Fleeing the recent outbreak of plague, Lucia Piazetta found herself in Ansteorra: first in Bryn Gwlad, and more recently in Bjornsburg. So much relocating has interfered with her usual "courtly" activities, so she is opening a public house as a means of making new friends and recouping some lost expenses. Together with her fencing instructor, Baron Iago Cabrera de Cadiz, they welcome you to join them in enjoying some libations at Il Rubinetto Dorato (The Golden Tap). You are also welcome to make a donation to their relocation fund. Fine brewers both, they have a variety of ales, ciders, cordials, mead and wine to taste.

Lucia and Iago will be accompanied in the tavern by their kind and courteous wait staff, Dottie Greene and Nicolas del Norte. Cheerful Dottie will be happy to pull you some suds and perhaps grace a lap or two. The down-on-his-luck Spaniard, Nicolas, may try to cheat you at cards, so look out.
