Pavilion Decorating

Baron Thomas would like to invite all those attending the Bryn Gwlad 25th Anniversary event to display your finest decorating skills in your list field pavilions. The pavilions which he and his fellow judges determine to be the most pleasing will be showered with elaborate largesse. So, bring your pavilions and show Bryn Gwlad your decorating skills.

Pavilion Reservations

We request that all pavilions placed along side the list fields be of a period style. Period pavilions are certainly welcome as are other more mundane structures provided that they are decorated in an elaborate and period manner. As there is a limited amount of space available, please send your reservation with requirements (size including ropes and stakes) to steward@bg25.swordworks.org as soon as possible. Reservations will be taken only as long as space is available. Please continue to check the webpage for open space.

List field reservations are full at this time. Thank you for reserving your space. If you were not able to secure a reserved space, you may still send your name into the Master Steward to be placed on a waiting list. If a reserved space is not claimed by 9am Saturday morning, then it will be assigned by order on the waiting list.

You may also place your day pavilion in the second row around the list field, where available, without a reservation. A large portion of the second row, however is obscured by the Castleton road system, however space may be available across the street.
